One of my top favourite hotels to stay in Osaka/ Japan. Very convenient and super friendly staffs. The staffs go above and beyond to assist us.

Staying here was a magical experience, absolute first class service.

This is a stunning hotel with gorgeous views, great breakfast and a Nespresso machine in the room - lifesaver! Also very central location with with everything nearby

This is a great hotel that is spacious and clean.

LOVED our stay so much. Not enough good things to say.

It was great location and so friendly staffs Lovely hotel

Great location, convenient but not noisy. Best breakfasf out of all the hotels we’d stayed at in Japan. Rooms are a little small, but I guess they are Japanese standards.

Conveniently located outside of Hachijo East exit of Kyoto station, you'll know its the correct exit if you're leaving the station from a door next to a McDonald's. Furthermore you won't be lost trying to find the Shinkansen gates for when you leave. Staff were friendly and helpful, understood English and were able to provide adequate responses to my questions. Amenities like other business hotels are provided on a self-serve as needed basis, although they were taken away in the morning hours...

A great location, Dhawa Yura Kyoto rooms are exceptionally clean and charming. Japanese in style, but caters to Western aesthetics and comfort. Although the rooms are relatively small, they are efficiently arranged and comfortable. We always stay here when we go to Kyoto, and it is convenient to transit, restaurants, World Heritage sites, and yet in a quieter neighborhood. Great staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet.

We booked for 4 nights. Room was more spacious than any of the other hotels we booked. Would definitely stay here again. Subway system was close by. Breakfast was delicious. Variety of Asian and western food. Had a big vegetarian section.

This hotel was great! The entrance is by the parking garage (originally thought the restaurant was the entrance, would have preferred better signage). The lobby is stunning and the check in process was smooth. They spoke good English. There was an amenity station available in the lobby with a good selection. They had multiple sizes of pyjamas available! However the fabric isn't stretchy so the large was still snug on my bottoms (fitting about a Canadian size 10/12 for reference). They did...

A wonderful hotel with a professional staff. It’s access to the train station is fantastic! Suggestion: set up a take-out coffee area for your International travelers.

Very conveniently located next to a metro/train station, which made getting around easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the area around the hotel was much quieter and more peaceful than the more central, tourist-y areas in Osaka. Really appreciated the complementary tea & coffee and the great amenities provided. I think we went to the Family Mart downstairs every day to pick up snacks and other necessities -- so great to have that option!

We had a nice stay at Hotel Monterey Le Frerw Osaka. Great location, and parking available where we can just drop off our car and access public transport around the city. The hotel is like new, clean and full of amenities. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Osaka. Highly recommended.
